Since the sound resistance at the welding area (the interface between the two welded parts) is large, local high temperatures are generated. Also, because the plastic has poor heat conductivity, it cannot dissipate the heat in time and accumulates in the welding area. This causes the contact surface of the two plastics to melt rapidly. With certain pressure, they fuse together as a whole.
